Channels overview
How deployment works — install a channel, connect your account, and toggle bot replies. Widget is free; messaging channels are plan-gated.
Channels are where your agent meets your customers. Each channel is a pack you connect on the agent's Channels page. The website widget is included on every plan; the messaging channels are gated by your plan.
The deployment model
Pick a channel
On the agent's Channels page, each channel is a card — Website widget, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Slack. (Email, Phone, and API are shown as coming soon.)
Connect your account
Follow the channel's connect flow (embed snippet, OAuth, or pasted credentials). Your credentials are stored encrypted.
Toggle bot replies
Each card has a Bot switch that turns automatic replies on or off for that channel, independent of whether it's connected.
One connection per agent
A channel connection is bound to one agent. Different agents can use different WhatsApp numbers, Slack workspaces, and so on, but a single agent has at most one connection per channel.

A locked channel shows Upgrade to connect. If you connect a channel and later downgrade, the connection is kept but shows Plan paused until the feature is available again. See Plan features.
