What you can build
An agent is a configuration island with three surfaces you control:
- Data sources — the knowledge your agent answers from. Paste text, upload files, crawl a website, sync Notion, or connect a Shopify / WooCommerce catalog. The agent retrieves the most relevant passages on every turn.
- Actions — tools the agent can call mid-conversation, such as capturing a lead, booking a meeting, searching your catalog, or firing your own webhook.
- Channels — where people talk to the agent: an embeddable website widget, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, or Slack.
Everything is scoped to a single agent. Knowledge, actions, and channels you configure on one agent are invisible to any other agent — even in the same workspace. Build a Sales agent and a Support agent side by side without them bleeding into each other.
