Plans

How FluentChat plans work — tiers, the features and limits they unlock, and where to compare them.

FluentChat is subscription-based, with tiers from Free up through paid plans. Your plan determines which features you can use and how much you can do.

What a plan controls

A plan is a bundle of features and limits:

  • Features unlock capabilities — messaging channels, commerce, booking, payments, CRM, file uploads, web crawl, images, voice, custom branding, and more. Throughout these docs, features are called out where relevant ("requires a plan that includes …").
  • Limits cap usage — how many agents, team members, and connected stores you can have, how much knowledge each agent can hold, and how many products sync.

Choosing and comparing

Compare plans on the in-app pricing page and during onboarding. Plans are shown as cards with their price and headline features; if annual pricing is offered, a monthly / yearly toggle shows the yearly savings.

You can start on Free and upgrade whenever you're ready — nothing forces you onto a paid plan to try FluentChat.

Usage and credits

Separate from features and limits, every AI reply spends credits from your balance. Your plan includes a monthly allotment, and you can top up. See Credits & usage.

Changing plans

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing page. If you downgrade, anything you'd configured that your new plan doesn't include is kept but paused (for example a connected channel shows "Plan paused") rather than deleted.
