Managing your subscription
Subscribe, upgrade or downgrade, use the customer portal, handle trials, and understand failed payments.
Manage everything about your subscription from the Billing page.
The billing page
At a glance you'll see your current plan and status, your credit usage, your next invoice date, and your payment method. Tabs below show usage over time, past invoices, top-up history, and a full breakdown of your plan.
Subscribe or change plan
Open Change plan
Click Change plan to see the available plans, with monthly / yearly options.
Confirm
Pick a plan. If you don't have a card on file you're sent to secure Stripe checkout; if you do, upgrades can apply in one click. Returning from checkout, your subscription syncs automatically.
Free trials
If a plan offers a trial, you're eligible once per workspace — cancelling and re-subscribing later won't start another trial.
Customer portal
Use the Customer Portal (from the billing menu) to update your card, download invoices, and manage payment details. It's hosted by Stripe.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing page. You'll be asked for a quick reason, and your subscription is cancelled in Stripe. Your data isn't deleted immediately — it's retained for a period after cancellation.
Failed payments
If an invoice fails, a banner asks you to update your card via the Customer Portal. There's a grace period to fix it; if the payment keeps failing after that, the account is suspended until it's resolved.
