Workspace & onboarding

Create your workspace, choose a plan, and build your first agent through the guided onboarding.

The first time you sign in, FluentChat walks you through a short setup: create a workspace, pick a plan, and build your first agent.

Create your workspace

A workspace (also called an organization) is your account boundary — it owns your agents, team, stores, and subscription.

Name it

Enter an organization name (at least 2 characters), for example Acme Commerce.

Confirm the slug

A URL-friendly slug is generated from the name (lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes), for example acme-commerce. You can edit it.

If you already belong to other workspaces, they're listed here so you can switch into one instead of creating a new one.

Choose a plan

Next you pick a plan. Plans are shown as cards with their price and headline features; one is marked Most popular. If plans offer annual pricing, a monthly / yearly toggle appears with the yearly savings.

You can always start on the free plan and upgrade later — look for the Skip — start with Free option. Choosing a paid plan sends you to secure Stripe checkout; choosing free takes you straight to the dashboard.

See Plans for what each plan includes.

Build your first agent

If your workspace has no agents yet, onboarding guides you into creating one — picking a use case and a starting template, and setting the persona. This is the same flow described in Creating an agent; you can also skip it and create agents later from the Agents page.

Switching workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the dashboard to move between them. Each workspace has its own agents, billing, and team.

Your role in a workspace (owner, admin, or member) determines what you can do — for example, only owners and admins can invite teammates or change billing. See Team.
