Lead capture

Collect a visitor's contact details and qualification info at the right moment — installed on every agent.

Lead capture lets your agent ask visitors for their contact details naturally, at a good moment in the conversation. It's installed on every agent automatically and is available on all plans. Captured details appear on the Contacts / Leads page.

How it behaves

The agent asks for contact details once, after the visitor shows genuine interest — not the moment they say hello. As soon as it has one usable contact (email or phone), it stops asking; it won't badger the visitor for the second.

If a visitor volunteers their email or phone earlier in the chat, the agent remembers it and reuses it rather than asking again.

One contact per conversation is enough. Asking twice is the fastest way to lose a lead, so the agent is deliberately restrained.

Qualification flows

When you define a qualification flow, the agent collects your fields one at a time, in order, acknowledging each answer before asking the next. This is ideal for lead-gen and booking agents that need a few structured details (name, company, use case, budget) before handing off or scheduling.
