Commerce
Let the agent search your catalog, build a cart, take a customer through checkout, and look up or track orders.
The commerce packs turn a store-connected agent into a shopping assistant. They work with your connected Shopify or WooCommerce catalog and require a plan that includes the commerce feature.
Two levels: answer vs. sell
- Products (read-only) — search the catalog, show product details, check stock. Install this alone if you only want the agent to answer product questions.
- Commerce (full) — everything above plus cart, checkout, order lookup, and tracking, so the agent can sell.

How checkout works
When a visitor is ready to buy, the agent stages a cart, collects exactly the checkout fields you required, and generates a real checkout link for the visitor to open and pay. It never invents placeholder details for missing fields.
Checkout produces a Shopify-hosted checkout link. Order status and tracking come straight from Shopify.
Checkout uses the FluentChat Checkout Bridge WordPress plugin to create the order and return a checkout link — so install and pair the plugin (see Product catalog). Tracking depends on which tracking plugin your store uses.
Order lookup & tracking
The agent can answer "where's my order?" by looking up an order with the order number and the email on the order. If the email doesn't match, the agent says it can't find the order — the same response as a genuinely missing order — so details can't be fished out. Lookups are rate-limited per conversation.
Rules the agent follows
The agent stays honest about your store. It won't invent stock it hasn't confirmed, apply or validate discount codes (it tells the visitor to enter a code at checkout), or negotiate prices — prices are whatever your catalog says. And it never issues refunds or cancels orders; those go to a human.
