Contacts & leads

Every contact your agent captures, with the details it collected, status tracking, notes, filters, and export.

The Leads page collects everyone your agent has captured contact details for — whether the agent asked with lead capture or the visitor volunteered the info in conversation.

How leads are captured

FluentChat reads details out of conversations automatically — name, email, phone, and address — and records products the visitor showed interest in. A lead links back to the conversation it came from, so you always have the context.

Working with leads

  • Filter by channel, store, agent, status, a search term, or a date range.
  • Update a lead's status or notes as you work it.
  • Bulk actions — archive, restore, or delete many at once.
  • Export to CSV or Excel, respecting your current filters, for your CRM or spreadsheets.

Track a lead through New → Contacted → Converted as you follow up, and archive the ones you're done with to keep the list tidy.
