Analytics

Track conversations, leads, orders, and revenue, with a lead funnel, channel breakdown, top intents, and escalation reasons.

The Analytics page shows how your agents are performing. Pick a time range — Today, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — and the dashboard updates.

  • Lead funnel — new → contacted → converted → archived.
  • Channel breakdown — the share of conversations per channel.
  • Daily conversations — a trend line over the selected range.
  • Top intents — what visitors are asking about (product questions, order status, policy questions, small talk, and so on).
  • Top escalation reasons — why conversations reached a human (shopper asked for a person, order lookup failed, complaint, complex question, and so on).

Freshness

The dashboard is cached for a few minutes for speed; a Refresh button forces an update and a freshness indicator shows how current the numbers are.

Use Top intents and Top escalation reasons together to find gaps: a common intent that keeps escalating is usually a sign to add a data source or an action so the agent can handle it itself.
