Notion
Connect a Notion workspace and sync selected pages as knowledge, kept in step with your Notion edits.
Connect Notion and pick which pages the agent should learn from. Notion requires a plan that includes the web-crawl feature.
Connecting
There are two ways to connect:
Click Add to Notion. A popup opens Notion's consent screen where you approve access and pick which pages FluentChat may see. When it closes, your workspace is connected.
Create an internal integration in Notion, share the pages you want with it, and paste its token into FluentChat. Use this if the one-click option isn't available to you.
Once connected, the connection shows your Notion workspace name, and you can disconnect at any time.
Importing pages
Browse pages
The picker lists the pages your integration can access, with search and pagination.
Select and import
Choose up to 200 pages and import them. Each page becomes a source and starts indexing.
Keeping pages current
Notion pages are re-fetched when you retrain them. Because Notion content changes as you edit, retraining pulls the latest version from Notion and re-indexes it — so your agent stays in sync with your Notion edits.
Security
Your Notion credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown back to you or included in an exported agent template. Only the pages you import are read.
