Playground
Chat with your real agent while you build it, and style the widget's name, colors, greeting, starters, and logo.
The Playground is where you test and style your agent. It has two panes: appearance controls on the left, and a live chat on the right.
Live chat
The right pane is a real conversation with your agent, not a mock. Every message runs through the full pipeline — knowledge search, actions, everything — so what you see is what visitors will get. Use it to try the questions your customers ask, then refine the instructions until the replies are right.
You can send text, and — if enabled on the agent — attach images or record voice. A Reset button clears the conversation and starts fresh.
Appearance
The left pane controls the widget's look. Most changes preview instantly.
Prop
Type
Click Save to persist appearance, name, and tone. A Discard option reverts unsaved changes.
Appearance here and the widget your visitors see are the same thing — style it in the playground, then copy the embed snippet from Channels → Website widget.
